Microsoft 365 Copilot Readiness Assessment

Insight's Microsoft 365 Copilot Readiness Assessment will give customers a comprehensive understanding of steps needed to take to prepare for Copilot. Through a series of Workshops, evaluations and audits, Insight will provide customers with actionable reports and recommendations on migration approaches, data risks, suggested remediation approaches, governance, security and adoption practices. At the end of the Assessment, customers will gain confidence that their organization is positioned to safely and securely reap the benefits of this rapidly emerging technology

Insight will deliver a series of Workshops that will review the following:

1. Current Assessment of your Microsoft 365 journey and where Copilot will provide the most benefit
2. Features and Requirements of Copilot
3. Best Practices for adoption and enablement
4. "Art of the Possible" and best practices protecting sensitive information inside and outside your organization.

Insight will perform an evaluation of your Microsoft 365 tenant usage and configuration of security and compliance features, like:

1. Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
2. Microsoft Purview Records Management & Insider Risk Management
3. Microsoft Entra Identity Governance (permission management)
4. Microsoft 365 Group Governance

Insight will perform an Environment Scanning to give customer's real-world data from within their tenant through:

1. Audit of your Microsoft 365 data estate, including SharePoint, Teams, external and anonymously shared data, and other key data locations
2. Audit of SharePoint sites and memberships to ensure the right users and groups have access to the right data
3. Audit of your Microsoft 365 group membership structure
4. Content search for sensitive info types to find overshared data
5. Evaluation of Microsoft 365 apps for current branch

The Microsoft 365 Copilot Readiness Assessment will provide actionable reports with the following:

1. Recommendations on most impactful features your organization can enable within current licensing to utilize Copilot safely and effectively
2. Overview of features enabled with license uplift and how they apply to a Copilot rollout
3. Recommendations on next steps to prepare your organization for Copilot, including migration approaches for non-cloud data
4. Recommendations on next steps to establish a Copilot Center of Excellence (CoE) to prepare and drive adoption
5. Anonymous, organization-wide and external sharing report
6. Group-membership and SharePoint site access report
