This package provides assistance with the provisioning of your Dynamics 365 Business Central instance, data conversion, module setup, and training. It is intended for a single legal entity with no required integrations to get up and running efficiently.
Week 1: Analysis of customer's requirements, system design
Week 2: Configuration of one entity in Dynamics 365 Business Central per design decisions, import of master data
Week 3: Training for end user(s), turn over system for testing
Week 4: Final testing and adjustments to configuration, begin cutover of open documents
Week 5 and 6: Go-live support
Modules to be implemented: GL, AR/AP, Cash Management, Financial Reports, P&L Statement, Balance Sheet
Imported data: Chart of accounts, customer master and open AR at go-live, vendor master and open AP at go-live, 24 months of historical GL account balances
