Our Optimization Assessment begins with interviews with key staff to understand how you work, what challenges you face, and what your expected outcomes from Microsoft Copilot. We will review any existing Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) policies that you have or help you create new ones, as necessary. We will also review your Microsoft 365 tenant to determine the current state of your technology and what steps are necessary to prepare and optimize it for Copilot. This will help us design a customized solution that meets your specific requirements and preferences.

Integration Once we understand your needs and goals, we will configure your Microsoft 365 environment to be ready for Microsoft Copilot. We will focus on both user-facing workflows that use Microsoft Copilot as well as the underlying services that provide confidence in the security and reliability of the system, such as Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), SharePoint Online security settings, and Microsoft Information Protection. We will test the integration and verify that everything works as expected.

Roll Out After the integration is complete, we will deploy the Microsoft Copilot service to your assigned users. We will coordinate with you to enable you to provide end user training and support to help them get familiar with the features and functions of Microsoft Copilot. Training will educate users on how to use Microsoft Copilot to create, edit, and review documents, emails, contracts, and other materials as they collaborate with colleagues and clients. We will answer any questions and address any issues that may arise during the roll out.

Monitoring & Feedback Once the roll out is done, we will monitor the performance and usage of Microsoft Copilot and collect feedback from you and your users. We will use the system-generated as well as user-generated input to propose changes and improvements to the configured environment. We will also keep you updated on the latest developments and enhancements of Copilot and Microsoft 365. We will work with you to ensure that Microsoft Copilot continues to deliver value and satisfaction to your legal practice.
