This 1-week implementation will include the migration of 100,000 Account and Contact records from Infor CRM to Dynamics 365 for Sales for a pre-defined set of fields. The list of fields will be provided prior to the start of the implementation*.

All migration is subject to certain assumptions about the data to be migrated from Infor CRM (Saleslogix) to Dynamics 365. To perform any migration, TrellisPoint must have access to the Infor SQL Server database, Infor CRM credentials and client API.
Day 1 Assessment & Data Collection * Provide Assessment Web meeting * Gather existing Infor CRM system details * Collect sample data for out-of-the-box Account & Contact fields to be migrated * Audit Infor CRM database to identify current, retired and deleted users
Day 2 - 4 Cloud Deployment * Deploy an out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 for Sales Cloud environment * Import all identified historical Infor CRM users into Dynamics 365 * Assign licenses and Salesperson security roles to Dynamics 365 users * Perform data migration with TrellisPoint’s Infor Migration tool
Day 5 Review and Launch * Hold joint review of migrated data * Provide 1-hour Dynamics 365 for Sales overview
