Dimension Management

The dimension management application helps you set which dimension and dimension values can be selected for each account on the chart of accounts. In this way, incorrect data entry is avoided, for example, by allowing you to choose from a set of dimensions that describe only expenses to an account you define to manage expenses.

In another feature, when a dimension value is selected conditionally, it can be adjusted which other dimensions should be selected according to the selected dimension value. For example, you can make sure that the vehicle dimensions you define to track the expenses of your vehicles are entered mandatory when a dimension named fuel expense is selected.
