Great meeting scheduler tool!

What do you like best about the product?
This integrated seamlessly to my outlook calendar and really takes out the back and forth for meeting scheduling. In some cases, I found it increased my chances of getting the meeting because it was easy for the recipient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly didn’t have any issues with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminating back and forth and streamlining scheduling. Also having automated meeting reminders and cancel/rescheduling options.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Calendly for following up and scheduling meetings with our prospects to view the property
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike but sometimes facing issues with re-scheduling the meetings

I used calendly to schedule meeting with our client/prospects just tap the date to book and scheduling the meetings, its benefits me because its reminds me my daily tasks

Power to schedule appointments with leads

What do you like best about the product?
that the leads can schedule appointments without needing to ask me for my availability
What do you dislike about the product?
what I like least about Calendly are the limitations in the free version
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
problems with calendar synchronization, which causes available times to appear when they are already occupied

What do you like best about the product?
1. UI is clean and simple. 2. It automatically detects the time zone, making it best for worldwide meetings. 3. Works smoothly in integration with Slack, Google Calendar, Outlook, and many other apps. 4. We can add buffer time so we are not packed with back-to-back meetings for the entire day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is simple and effective. I haven't faced any such cons in this till today.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We usually share the calendly link with our clients so they can schedule an appointment at their best convenience. Once we are on call with the client, we discuss the issue and resolve it in real time.

Totally unreliable tool

What do you like best about the product?
UX is great, ease of implementation is fine but...
What do you dislike about the product?
Their tool and support are totally unreliable. We've been using it for years, but now a lot of clients are reporting that they cannot book a meeting through calendly link. Their support is totally unresponsive, they are not giving any reasonable timeline for fixing this and we're simply loosing money because Calendly is not doing what it was supposed to do. We are currently in the evaluation phase of competitors.

Limited Usefulness

I had high hopes for this extension but since the extension doesn't work on the traditional Outlook software, which is my primary use, it makes this ineffective. I downloaded the plug-in for the traditional version as well, which again doesn't work with Office for Mac.

A Real Time-Saver, But Not Always Intuitive

What do you like best about the product?
Calendly has seriously streamlined our scheduling process. It's awesome for letting users, clients, and prospects book calls with us for everything from software demos to tech support, training, and quick catch-ups. The fact that we can use the API with our CRM is a huge plus, and being able to sync it with our individual calendars is a major time-saver. Plus, the multilingual event pages are a feature we really appreciate!
What do you dislike about the product?
The event type setup can be a bit of a headache – it's not always super intuitive. And sometimes, it feels like settings change without any heads-up, which can be pretty confusing when we suddenly run into unexpected changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically, Calendly stops us from playing email tag all day trying to set up meetings. It just makes scheduling way easier. We save a ton of time, look more organized to clients, and don't accidentally double-book ourselves anymore. Plus, hooking it up to our CRM means less manual data entry, which is always a win.

The best tool to scheduling!

Scheduling calls with candidates, creating different types of events, sharing my availability, workflows integrated
What do you dislike about the product?
on The emails of the workflows I can't put tables, only plain text

Is helping me to coordinate calls with candidates in different time zones, and doing follow up

I love Calendly!

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use and operate. It's also easy for individuals you are sending it to (to schedule an interview) to use and respond to.
What do you dislike about the product?
That the FREE version only allows you to have ONE type of invite. I would prefer to have more templates so I can toggle between my different clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of getting individuals to schedule a time to speak on your calendar QUICKLY. And without hand-holding.

Easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
The customer can freely choose the appointment time from my availability and set it directly on the calendar, perfect for sales event
What do you dislike about the product?
Anything in particular, I use calendar everyday for fix the meetings with customers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With calendly I can fix more business appointments with clients.
