Super important tool for creating an intranet or an organizational knowledge base system.

I honestly can't point out what is wrong with confluence. It was well thought out and built to spec.

It solved our documentation problem with versioning and cross team collaboration. No sharing many doc links and loosing them in the process. Now everything’s organized by team and project, which saves so much time and increases accessibility on the go.

Some of the functionalities, like calendar, are not part of the standard licence model.

Storing all the documents in a central location.

Started using Confluence recently and so far the tool has been really effective and easy to use. The tool has helped project management easier and also has been really helpful to share, create and manage knowledge in a very centralized location. It definitely helps enhance productivity and streamlined communication is a stand out ability. Confluence was used while I had to take up a training which had a lot of knowledge to share and this app was a go to for documenting the whole process and to collaborate on various projects. The app helped me create and access detailed knowledge base and share the information with other team members. I was able to customise my workspace using the varities of templates and macros and it has helped me fit my needs. One of the best features would be how the users can edit and modify the documents simultaneously to make sure the team members are one the same page. Would definitely recommend for better project management.

The software interface could be slightly challenging for some users initially.

It’s designed to be user-friendly and easy to use in our day-to-day activities. Plus, it integrates seamlessly with tools we already love, like Loom, Drive, and Jira!

I really dislike the autocorrect feature, especially because we often have documents in both English and Spanish. Dealing with this automatic word changing can be quite frustrating.

It helps tackle a common challenge of remote work when teams are spread across different time zones. With a centralized knowledge base and the ability to collaborate asynchronously, everyone can easily share information and work together on documents that are still in progress. This way, we can all stay connected and productive, no matter where we are!

I like having the ability to create a space within Confluence and include my entire team. I love how much simpler communicating with your colleagues is. Confluence can be updated with editable articles that can be used as project guides, all depts contact information. The issues are resolved with such ease and the information is detailed.

There is nothing at this time that I dislike about Confluence.

I have yet to incur anything that Confluence did not have an article, step-by-step process guide, or save the article last used just in case the issue is not fully resolved.
