1. The Online self-service portal capability is made available within Microsoft Teams Tab. Users can self resolve their computer and application issues by selecting the appropriate Product category and the relevant solution within the Product category. The Product Categories and the solutions configured for each product category are displayed as Carousel cards and Tiles respectively, which provides a responsive UI experience to the users. Clicking on the appropriate solution tile will download the cobot (an EXE executable) which does not require any installation. User can then execute the downloaded EXE (the cobot) to self-resolve their computer and application issues.
2. Get Solution notification when logging tickets: This application identifies the relevant solutions for each tickets that are raised in the ITSM Portals (eg., ServiceNow) and sends the appropriate user the Solution Card (i.e.., Adaptive Card) as chat message. The Adaptive Card contains the details about the solution and download link for the cobot. User can either click on the Download button or the Product Category logo with the solution description within the Adaptive Card. The elapsed time between ticket creation and the Solution Card chat message to the user is almost like a real time process.
