Quality is the solution for managing quality controls and non-conformities in business processes.

Designed specifically on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to manage quality controls and non-conformities, Quality offers a complete set of functionalities to support quality assurance processes across operations.
Quality is part of Horsa Foundation Stack APPs.

Quality Control Management
  • Define Quality Models to set criteria for the automatic generation of controls
  • Track performed checks and manage the automatic handling of compliant and non-compliant quantities
Non-Conformity Management
  • Manage Non-Conformity (NC) automatically from failed controls or manually for cases unrelated to product movements
  • Classify and monitor NCs with customizable attributes and statuses
Setup and Master Data
  • Numbering Systems: Manage templates, control orders, and NC sheets with dedicated numbering
  • Characteristics: Configure up to five custom fields to describe checks and NCs
  • Quality Groups: Group items and suppliers to optimize model creation and sampling
  • Supplier Master Data: Track qualification status and expiry dates
  • Quality Tools: Assign and trace tools (e.g., gauges) used in controls, including serial number tracking
