How it works:

• 📎 Click the LockDoc add-in icon to open the taskpane, authenticate and then select your files
• 🔗 A download link for the encrypted files is inserted into the email body
• 📨 Get decryption code via email/SMS or copy it manually.

Recipient just needs to paste code at the link - no account needed! Files decrypt and download automatically.

Things to note:

• No account required for recipients. They only need a passphrase to download the files. Upon entering the passphrase, the files are automatically decrypted and downloaded
• Log history of files you've sent via LockDoc link can be viewed in the dashboard
• Exceed Outlook attachment size limit. There is no cap on how big the files you upload are, only the storage allotment of the plan you select
• The add-in uses LaunchEvents functionality to securely handle the sending process. When you send an email, the add-in temporarily intercepts the send event to distribute encryption credentials and ensure secure delivery to recipients.

Pricing:

• Per email: Pay-as-you-go secure sending. Only pay when you send encrypted files. $3/secure email + $0.50 per GB. No storage limit.
• Basic: $9/month. Best for regular individual use. Comes with 2GB of storage
• Business: $18/month. Comes with 30GB storage and client portal.
• Business Premium: $42/month. Comes with 100GB of storage and client portal
