What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly send and receive desktop alerts from the team
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface sometimes lags and it sometimes closes automatically
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The team collaboration becomes easy with DeskAlerts

Product Esay to configure and use

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and implement Flexibilty of the messsages templates, easy to réorganise them. Very good customer support
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to have more informations in the dashboard for the messages sent statistics. Also some CLI commandes for the cleint would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more needs to send lots of emails to our users

Great product and bringing out new features constantly

What do you like best about the product?
They are constantly introducing new features. Easy to use, and allows integration with other systems (like our data historian) to provide automatic alerting
What do you dislike about the product?
Really the only thing is that sometimes the new releases have bugs which require patches. But they respond quickly when this happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We originally purchased DeskAlerts for the ability to send emergency messages to a desktop in the event of an environmental incident. We have now expanded the product to control our desktop wallpapers and lock screen.

Excellent desktop alerting software.

What do you like best about the product?
DeskAlerts allows our company to notify users with a desktop "toaster pop" message for outages, upgrade notices, and other important events. This software is used daily for our Network Operations team and keeps our customer service reps up to date on outages to support our customers. The software is straightforward to implement and integrates with Active Directory with ease. All of our implementations have come with the assistance of DeskAlerts support, who although are not in a local time zone, make a concerted effort to deliver a reliable service experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Correcting issues with the software often requires installing a corrected version over the current version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Emergency notifications for network outages were being sent by email and were being missed by the Center Center reps who didn't have time to be parsing emails during calls. The desktop alerts allowed the reps to see a quick message about outages or upgrades without having to leave the billing system software, ensuring they remained focused on answering calls over checking email.

Decent product. Works well.

What do you like best about the product?
It's really useful being able to alert all of our store colleagues of an issue when it happens. This means that it reduces the number of calls into our service desk.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the templates a bit dated design-wise. I would be nice to have more modern templates or easier ways to customise the pop ups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we have an IT issue in the business or a critical business update that needs to be communicated with our stores. Using DeskAlerts means that everyone gets notified at the same time quickly and this reduces the number of calls from our stores into our IT service desk.

Great product, nice quick support, easy onboarding

What do you like best about the product?
Very quick and easy way to send all type of alerts to everybody in the business, and more effective than emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The client software is not multilanguage
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching workers easy and fast with more impact than any other traditional way. Can manage wallpapers in a great way.

User friendly notification Software

What do you like best about the product?
-Easy onboarding for customers -Very reliable -User friendly interface -Localized sales, implementation and customer support
What do you dislike about the product?
-Nothing really it´s a great product to work with

It keeps al the critical communication in just one place.

Easy Pop up Alerts

What do you like best about the product?
Very User friendly with a simple UI that is easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not any major drawbacks that I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped my previous organization send out user alerts to individual desktops. Very simple to use in a remote environemnt.

Easy and reliable notification app

What do you like best about the product?
i love deskalerts as it helps my colleagues to notify me related to the task and meeting attendings , it also helps our product owners to push any deadlines and changes if there are any
What do you dislike about the product?
I love deskalers but there are some issues with it that are minor but still persist such as compatibility of devices as there are some older legacy systems in our organizations i would like to ask the developers of deskalerts to consider these
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
deskalerts solves various business problems as we work on ticketing systems if there are any high priority tickets coming to the system it helps us to reach our employees quickly and efficiently , also deskalerts helps our employees to attend the standup calls which are scheduled at the time of these emergy tickets

New Age Transmission Engine

What do you like best about the product?
Best thing about the platform is ability to share information with an attachment to large set of people without relying on unsafe third part hosting platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I found off is the solution is not widely known in the market and hence a different functionality of the platform is not known to many and still not being leveraged fully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving employee engagement with ability to give the anonymous surveys and check the pulse of large head counts in a quick manner without any movements from home screen.
