• Day 1 - Assess and Art of the Possible: This session provides an overview of Microsoft Teams and Atlas catered to the unique needs of your business. Through a combination of presentations and demos we will deliver our vision for a successful hybrid workplace and how that can be achieved through communication, knowledge management, a robust governance strategy and effective tools for external collaboration. We will also cover how third party apps can improve meeting experiences, how to build custom experiences as well as highly customized solutions to address complex line of business needs.
• Day 2 - Build the Plan: Through personas and business process scenarios, we will define and prioritize outcomes for a solution plan. Guidance will also be provided on how to drive change.
