The service covers a wide range of areas starting from analyzing your business BI needs to finally implementing and customizing the Power BI solutions for you. Based on your industry, you can either select from a number of Power BI dashboards and reports developed by Microsoft/AXPulse for different industries and horizontals, or you can have us develop the custom dashboards or reports for you.

Week 1: Kick off and Analysis

Our team will get engaged with key business users to capture the busienss and data requirements around BI needs.

Week 2: Design and Development

Solution design will be created based on the analysis performed. Power BI solution will be configured and custom reports or dashboards will be develoepd (customer requirements may increase the engagement scope at this point).

Week 3: Training, Testing, and UAT

Customer users will be trained around the solution, general testing will be performed along with the UAT (User Acceptance Testing).

Week 4: Deployment and Go Live

The solution will be configured for go live and customer will sign off on the engagement. A separate support contract needs to be signed after go live.
