PowerDocumentManager

PowerDocumentManager is a document management solution for CRM users who would like to manage their CRM file attachments in an external storage system like SharePoint Online. The solution also provides a very user friendly drag-drop style of uploading files instantly with flexibility to arrange documents in folder structure and seamless navigation across folders as similar to SharePoint Document library built with Fluent UI controls.

Features:

1. Upload single/multiple files into SharePoint online Document Library by drag and drop files or using the upload button

2. The files and folders are stored in SharePoint document library in entity wise and record wise. All the files of an entity records will be stored inside a folder with name as entity record id (GUID).

3. Download single/multiple files from SharePoint

4. Create folder/sub-folders at and upload files

5. Seamless navigation through folders and Sub-folders

6. File upload progress indicators

7. Flexibility to configure allowed/denied file types and also the maximum file size allowed for upload

8. Allows user to copy source SharePoint link of folders/sub folders to easily locate them in SharePoint document library.

9. Users can sort the grid records in ascending/descending order based on the type of the record.
