In this ISV developed by BEG on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, you can manage your stock with a balance between making sure that you don't run out of stock for any part and always have the right quantity which can be delivered on time at the right place whilst being cost-effective.
This solution also supports substitution management where if you run out of a particular part, another one can be dispatched that fulfills the same needs. In addition, there is also multipart management to assemble different parts to make it one.

Classify the Spare Parts
Identify the parts with a unique id and store them properly in the inventory, so it can be accessed by any department when required
Back Order
Updates the system with the expected delivery date and time for any back orders of out-of-stock parts
Unify the System
Has data about all parts in one place to maintain the inventory without errors efficiently
Binning and Sorting
Accurately sorts the parts and bins them in the storage, so they can be accessed easily when required
Substitution Management
When a part is ordered and it is not available in the stock, it will be auto replaced with another part that fits the requested criteria
Multipart Management
If you run out of a part, this process will notify you of different parts available that can be assembled to form one part
Inquiry Management
Manage all the inquiries received from the clients and analyze them against the available stock to meet their demands
Batch Scanning Through Mobile App
Once an item is received, the whole batch can be scanned at once via the mobile app developed by BEG without having to individually check them
Item Scanning Through Mobile App
Items can be scanned individually and recorded once received via the BEG scanning mobile application if required
