Cloud based customer appointment scheduling solution
AgendaWeb TotalPack is a cloud-based appointment scheduling solution that enables business to manage their appointments online through their branches. The final customer must enter name, id and email, then select the branch to which they will go, and finally the pick date and time available. The customer will receive the notification of the scheduling in their email.

- It allows to define the number of bookings that will be attended per window-time.
- Includes customer ID validation prior to check-in in the branch.
How does it work?
1. Agenda: Define the number of shifts per branch.
2. Shift request: Client schedule shift by web page
3. Confirmation: Confirmation of scheduling according to availability and validations.
4. Customer Check-In: Local staff will verify scheduling to authorize entry to the branch.
5. Indicators: Register of scheduling statistics.
