Pin a Default mailbox: With multiple mailboxes available to choose from, each user can pin his default mailbox to access it every time they login in to the Dynamics 365 organisation.
Access Your Entities from Dynamic Mailbox: Pick your entities in the configuration tab of the solution and access up to 5 different entity types in Dynamic Mailbox.
