Chat with approver: Both requestor and the approver can chat regarding the leave or purchase request on Teams platform.
Automated notifications: There would be notification to both the requestor and approver in each stage of action like request creation / approval /withdraw or rejection action.
Leave approval: The approver can quickly browse through the list of leave requests available in the Manage Requests Tab to take the action upon it or view the history.
Withdraw request: The requestor can withdraw request for leaves or purchase anytime they want even after the approval.
Accessibility on mobile device: Both the requestor and approver would be able to access the request creation and approval in Teams app through mobile device.
List of holidays: Check the list of holidays an organization offers to its employees quickly simply by using a bot command.
Purchase approval: Multi-level approvals are initiated for purchase requests. The approvers can see the requests details in Manage Request tab to take the action upon it or view the history.
Leave balance: Employee can request to see their current leave balance.
Purchase request: The requestor can request for purchase easily by filling in the details such as project info, purchase description, material type, code, quantity, etc. One can also check the requested documents with their status and history in the My Requests Tab.
Request leaves: The requestor would be able to easily request for leave such as sick leave, earned leave, maternity leave etc. with the help of a bot command. One can also check the requested documents with their status and history in the My Requests Tab.
