Online Patient Payment Collection
Patients can log in to the Patient Access Portal and make payments with credit cards or bank accounts. Patients can log in with two-factor authentication to access advanced features. These advanced features include the ability to save their financial accounts, see their payment history and receipts, and open a link to a clinical portal. Organizations can also tailor other features in the Patient Access Portal, including setting minimum payments, letting patients write notes to the organization's business office, and customizing the look and feel of their Patient Access Portal.
