ECM smart connect for Document Capture

The "ECM smart connect for Document Capture" connector archives your documents from Continia Document Capture in your ECM in an audit-proof manner.

• Audit-proof archiving of your documents received via Continia Document Capture.
• E-mails, documents or images that are located on your mail program, desktop or other directories can be stored in the ECM using "drag and drop" on the "drop zone" in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business.
• Archived documents are displayed clearly and in the context of the business transaction via the Customer- or Vendorcard within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, for example.
• Documents are processed more efficiently from capture to archiving, while accidental errors, e.g. due to manual input, are minimized.
• Meet your compliance requirements with documented processes and audit-proof archiving, including compliance with retention periods.
• The connector can be used for local installations (OnPrem), cloud or hybrid solutions.
