and orderly storage of receipts, cash register slips etc. in SharePoint. This
is conveniently possible regardless of location using a smartphone so that
receipts can be entered directly when they arise. This enables accounting for
companies and organizations of all sizes to be made more efficient.
Orderly storage in SharePoint
Photographed receipts can easily be saved in
organization-wide defined SharePoint directories. Users can conveniently select
the desired storage location from the preset selection, so that receipts can be
sorted directly according to travel costs, material costs and entertainment
costs, for example. The storage locations with associated SharePoint pages and
SharePoint paths are defined uniformly across the organization.
References create a better overview
A reference can also be assigned to each document so that documents can be classified even better. References are created for each user and can be selected individually for each document. They can be used to assign receipts to individual business trips or projects, for example. The reference is added to the file name.
