Step 1: Install QR Mark Add-in

1. Navigate to the Add-ins Menu
   

   Navigate to

   Home > Add-ins > More Add-ins in your Office

   application.

2. Search for QR Mark
   

   In the Add-ins store, type "QR Mark" in the search bar. Once you

   find it, click Add to install.

Step 2: Add the QR Mark Add-in

Once the add-in is installed, follow these steps to add a QR

Code-based verification

Custom Domain

Select a Custom Domain from the dropdown list. This enhances

the credibility of your document's verification landing page.

Document Name

Start by entering the document name according to your

preferences.

Document Link

Input the Document Link, which should be a shareable URL of

your document. The method to obtain this link varies depending

on your Office 365 version:

For the Web Version of Office 365:

• Click on Share and then select Copy Link

• Paste this copied link into the Document Link field in QR

  Mark

• You can manage document permissions through Manage Access

  or Settings

For the Application Version of Office 365:

• Save your document to OneDrive by using the Share option

• Copy the generated link and paste it into the Document

  Link field in QR Mark
