Receive and respond to AMX alerts

The AMX bot for Microsoft Teams complements the alerting media of the AMX alarm management system from ATT AG.

In critical situations, the alert messages from various events are displayed in the Microsoft Teams client. Here are some functions:

  • Acknowledge alert message

  • Reject alert message

To be able to use this bot, the TenantID of your organization must be set up in the AMX cloud service in advance. For this purpose, please contact your ATT partner or our hotline team at [hotline@attag.ch](mailto:hotline@attag.ch)

Mogućnosti aplikacije

Kada se ova aplikacija koristi, ona
  • Može slati podatke putem interneta
  • Ova aplikacija može pristupati osobnim podacima u aktivnoj poruci, kao što su telefonski brojevi, poštanske adrese ili URL-ovi. Aplikacija može te podatke poslati servisu drugog davatelja. Ostale stavke u poštanskom sandučiću nije moguće čitati ni mijenjati.
