IMAP to Microsoft 365 Migration Prerequisites:

1. There are multiple different versions of IMAP mail server available. For this reason, we recommend running a trial migration on one or multiple mailboxes before the actual migration to ensure that the directory structure is as desired in destination Microsoft 365.
2. Use the valid server Port, as per general rule Port will be either 193 or 143. (if using SSL in IMAP Connection).
3. For big size items migration make sure Office 365 Mailbox send/received quota should be enable maximum supported limit.
