Digital Workplace Program: 4-week Assessment

The Digital Workplace Program consists of two tracks: the Improvement Track and the Project Track. The program begins with an analysis of your Microsoft 365 environment. Quisitive’s award-winning Digital Workplace experts work with your internal team to design a roadmap that meets the priorities and goals of your organization. An assigned coach meets regularly with your organization to analyze, advise, and update your Digital Workplace Roadmap. Your coach coordinates ongoing improvements, planning, change management, and support with a monthly budget (Flex Services) that includes a rollover provision for budget not used within a given month. Additionally, your coach supports project initiatives to help bring new capabilities and solutions to your digital workplace. Our productivity experts truly become an extension of your team.

Whether you chose to implement the initiatives on your own or follow the Project Track, the Digital Workplace Improvement Track will continuously work to enhance and optimize your digital workplace, emphasizing knowledge transfer and skill development.

IMPROVEMENT TRACK:

A set of prescribed activities led by modern workplace coaches and experts, designed to continuously improve your digital workplace. Provides ongoing enhancements, planning, adoption, technical, and end-user support.

• Monthly review of Microsoft 365 productivity analytics including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Findings, recommendations, and roadmap for improvement are delivered.
• Monthly review of Microsoft productivity score and plan for improvement
• Monthly strategic and tactical sessions with your coach, a dedicated Microsoft 365 Solution Architect
• Advanced click data analytics delivered via Power BI dashboards
• Predictable monthly services budget sized to meet your requirements and pace for organizational change
• Full access to support for all Microsoft technologies
