Power Automate Assessment - 3 Week Assessment

The objective of this engagement is to provide your organization with a detailed current state assessment of their Power Automate configuration and the solutions built on it. To realize the cost and time benefits of Power Automate requires the correct configuration for the administration, maintenance, and support of the productivity tools. This assessment is designed for organizations that are already using Power Automate and are looking to identify potential gaps and optimize its scalability, security and supportability across the enterprise. 

Activities to be Completed:

1. Power Automate Configuration Extraction • Provide/Run PowerShell scripts and Power Automate flows developed by Protiviti on Client’s tenant to extract Power Automate configurations and apps data. • Manually review the Client’s settings to complete a flow documentation of configurations specific for the Power Automate and create a Microsoft Power Automate Assessment Document. 

2. Power Automate Business Objectives Workshops • Protiviti will prepare and distribute a comprehensive pre-workshop questionnaire for the Client which focuses to existing business objectives, technological direction, current deployment, and key requirements for the use of the Power Automate. • Create workshop agendas and schedule with attendees from key business teams/divisions and utilize the results of the questionnaire to facilitate remote or on-site workshop(s)  

3. Power Automate Assessment & Recommendations • Protiviti will combine and present a draft summary of the findings and results of our recommendations for the Client’s current use and goals of the Power Automate, including but not limited to: • Service Settings, Environments; Licensing & Roles; Data Loss Prevention, Solution, and Power Automate • Following assessment report review, the final deliverable will provide a prioritized list of recommendations to address identified gaps and promote ongoing deployment and adoption of the Power Automate.
