When using HRM4baltics solution as part of Business Central ERP software, all the information about the company is contained in one solution and is accessible to everyone entitled to use it.

It allows users to read data from different Business Central modules. For example, it is possible to automatically create a resource, vendor or a salesperson with the data from employees card. It is also possible to read information from project module, post entries to Business Central general ledger and projects module, read information from general ledger accounts and use the information for bonus calculations or deductions (cost overruns) while calculating salaries.


Self-service module, that is included in HRM4Baltics Extended package, gives employees access to their own data and also a possibility to submit/confirm different kinds of applications. Main functionalities that are included in HRM4Baltics self-service:

  • Employee data (viewing, editing)
  • Notifications of events of the company's employees (including birthdays, absences)
  • Income tax exemption applications (submission, approval, rejection)
  • File management (approval, digital signing with Smart ID)
