Orlo is also available within Dynamics365 CE by using the Channel Integration Framework. The integration improves efficiencies by reducing the need for agents to switch between multiple systems. A unified customer view removes siloed data and ensures all agents are working from the same customer record. There will be no more copy and pasting, reducing errors and improving audit ability by updating cases with relevant messages direct from Orlo. Full data compliance is delivered as no data is stored in the plugin.
