Executive Automats Security Setup

kiadó: XPLUS SA

A tool dedicated to make security setup and license optimization in Dynamics 365 FSCM easier.

Record & Set up Security Roles

The solution enables to extract business processes (such as task recording or test scripts) from the database or record them from scratch, then convert them into roles and assign them to users.

Security roles management

With Security Setup, you can build roles based on organization hierarchy (per position) or add them to existing duties. Once the role has been assigned, you can automatically or manually check security compliance. You can then rework the role for testing purposes and add security objects if tests find any gaps. Conversion of business processes allows for optimization of license costs, limits data fraud, and simplifies the UI interface.

Automated security roles generation

With Security Setup, you can use detailed or general security creation mode. You can create a precise security setup with sufficient entry points or map the business processes onto security roles. Security Setup also allows us to extend the existing security setup within Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM and customize it according to business needs.
