Build a low-code multi-agency data sharing platform with the Microsoft Power Platform
We understand that sharing data between organisations can be tricky when standard document collaboration isn't possible. Referrals of health, legal or mental health data typically requires input and review by multiple individuals across separate organisations and entry into disparate systems for an onward referral or to take action. Ingentive have developed a standard methodology and canvas application solution using Microsoft Teams apps and collaboration alongside the Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Power Platform encapsulating Power Apps and Power Automate to allow for the capture of data, searching and amending this data and view for onward referral in one solution no matter where the data is processed within its lifecycle. Working with your organisation over 4 weeks we will blueprint and develop a Power Apps solution to enable multi-agency data sharing across your business and partners. A breakdown of the engagement is as follows:
Week 1: - Use Cases Workshop - Process mapping scenarios - Process selection and definitions
Week 2: - Solution Blueprint creation - UX flows creation - Blueprint run-through and feedback
Week 3: - Solution development sprints - 1-2 agile feedback sessions
Week 4: - Solution deployment - UX changes based on feedback - Finalise handover
