This means our customers are supported by an inclusive programme of continual education, awareness, and training. Not only does this ensure that all end users can engage with new technologies through simplified delivery, but this can happen on a global scale, across multiple sites. This agenda demonstrates what is possible within 2 weeks and can be adapted for the organisation. Allows for training around 50 champions and 300 end users, which can be flex up and down based on the requirements of the individual organisation.
Discovery Session - Day 1 A deep dive into your change strategy, utilising the expertise of the Akari team in the adoption of the technologies.
Adoption plan - Day 2 Work towards a clear, structured strategy for a whole business adoption roadmap.
Communication Templates - Day 3 Creation of Teams, email and other communications templates based on the discovery session to distribute within your organisation
Training Content Creation - Day 4 Our adoption team will curate a mix of presentation, video and interactive content to playback as part of the training sessions
IT Upscaling Session - Day 5 One of our cloud architects will run service delivery training to ensure IT can operate the new solutions
Super User Training - Day 6-7 These half day sessions provide a platform for champions to receive more advanced training and have an interactive, hands on experience
End User Training - Days 8-14 Based on the content created throughout the first week we will run a mixture of webinar and in person training sessions for end user groups
Our change management program is developed around Microsoft 365 as the core platform. Building out sessions focussed on Microsoft Teams across standard how-to's for the communication side of Microsoft Teams followed by best practices and tips.
