Each Microsoft Teams Phone Assessment begins with a comprehensive assessment, during which our team evaluates the existing telephony environment, provides recommendations to reduce costs and optimize.

Teams Phone Assessment Objectives:

• Evaluate the current telephony environment. • Utilize features and services with Microsoft Teams Phone and reduce the total cost of ownership. • Determine ways to streamline communication and collaboration to increase productivity. • Streamline communication and collaboration to increase productivity.

Big Green IT will develop, present, and deliver the following as part of this project:

• Completion of milestones as listed. • Assessment Findings and Recommendations report. • Optional Execution Document. (additional cost)

Teams Phone Assessment Milestones

• Project Planning: Validate Microsoft 365 licensing, identify stakeholders, develop a project plan with issue escalation and resolution, and gain access to both Microsoft Cloud and local infrastructure environments as applicable.

• Discovery and Assessment: Conduct an extensive review of the existing telephony environment, analyzing data results, documenting findings, providing a comprehensive overview of the Client’s telephony estate, highlighting risks, offering recommendations for improvement, and presenting a remediation roadmap where applicable.

• Findings Planning: Prioritize the most critical changes and create a list of recommendations.

• Project Completion: Review deliverables, and discuss the findings with Client’s IT staff.
