Week 2 - Advanced & Integrated Use Cases of Collaboration

  1. Introduction to advanced use cases with integration opportunities
  2. Demo - one of the existing use case as an example
  3. Help customers discover integration use cases and detail out in Birlasoft's template
  4. Showcase how to implement a mutually agreed use case

Week 3 - Business Value:

  1. Revisit the current maturity level report
  2. Reviewing the benefits realized
  3. Assess user feedback and identify the scope for future enhancement
