What we offer
CGI’s Managed Services for Microsoft 365 is an end-to-end management solution for all Microsoft 365 Services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, etc.) including identity management (Azure AD) and endpoint device rules management (Intune). The contract duration is determined at point of engagement.

Our solution is based on a fixed fee per user per month. We offer a tiered service package in English and French, including optional 24/7 support, for the following:

  • User Assistance: Unlimited incident resolution (break & fix) – Levels 2 and 3, unlimited service request execution, liaison with Microsoft ticketing
  • Microsoft 365 Administration: User identity management, Microsoft 365 services administration/monitoring/reporting, tenant administration and evolution, standard security management through monitoring of incidents/alerts/threats in Microsoft 365 security console
  • Virtual CIO: Advice on how and when to implement new Microsoft 365 features in your organization, help with Microsoft 365 billing optimization, priority access to high-end consulting services
  • User Change Management: User communications/training portal hosted in SharePoint Online, Chatbot in Teams with automatic responses to user questions at all times, animation of a Teams channel to respond live to questions from superusers, periodical security attack simulations to test employee awareness
