Data#3 Copilot for Microsoft 365 - Business Case

Data#3 has a deep understanding of Copilot for Microsoft 365 and the value that it can bring to your organisation when implemented correctly. We had to develop a business case ourselves to secure funding and resources towards deploying and adopting Copilot for Microsoft 365 in our environment. This service is built off the back of or own experience as part of the Early Access Program and we help to describe the typical aspects of a business case for Copilot for Microsoft 365. Our other services that complement this scope include those that precede deployment (performing a Readiness Assessment), as well as during deployment (Organisational Change Management, Training services for staff, Implementation and Extension of Copilot for Microsoft 365).

We will work collaboratively with your team to take our specialised Copilot for Microsoft 365 Business Case template and tailor it to your organisation's circumstances. Areas covered include:

• COSTS – Licensing is the most obvious cost but there will be ancillary costs that must be factored in depending on your organisation’s implementation. We will work with your team to identify and capture these.
• BENEFITS – Following exploratory workshops, we will develop agreed benefit profiles kickstarted by our knowledge and the growing research around the efficiencies Copilot for Microsoft 365 can bring. These will be a mix of financial and non-financial benefits.
• RISKS – The exploratory workshops will also help identify potential risks to the implementation or benefits realisation – these will be captured along with recommended remediations.
• FINANCIAL MODELLING – we will take what we’ve learned from the above and develop a costs model that considers the impact of the Copilot for Microsoft 365 over time. We will agree with your finance team how to recognise any costs or financial benefits that contribute to cost modelling.
