The employee experience workshop with Microsoft Viva provides an overview of the Art of the Possible, and deep dive into Viva Connections, Viva Topics and/or Viva Learning. During the engagement you will discover how Microsoft Viva helps organizations deliver personalized experiences to their employees with news, tasks, and conversations, provide data-driven insights and recommendations, organize content and expertise, and deliver formal and informal learning when and where it’s needed.

Outcomes of the workshop

  • A prioritized list of business scenarios that can be addressed by deploying Microsoft Viva
  • Recommended preparation in terms of skills and best practices
  • A roadmap outlining potential workstreams and dependencies with clear next steps
  • An adoption framework

Sample agenda

The workshop consists of one pre-engagement session held with the contact, followed by three not consecutive days with the project team. The total lead time for the workshop is approximately three weeks.

  • Week 1: Workshop kick-off, hybrid work situation and Employee Experience introduction, Art of the possible and Microsoft Viva introduction, deep dive into Viva Topics, Viva Connections and/or Viva Learning
  • Week 2: Recap of last session, use case & scenario assessment, adoption & change management guidance
  • Week 3: Report and results presentation, evaluation and next steps
