Planning Phase:

1. Confirm your technical skills requirements are met to deliver the Engagement.
2. Review engagement scope and deliverables.
3. Plan engagement timeline.
4. Prepare the optimization assessment.
5. Prepare and plan the customer pre-engagement meeting.

Assess Phase:

1. Complete Microsoft 365 Copilot Kick-Off meeting.
2. Partner with customer input completed optimization assessment.
3. Complete the assessment review and guidance.
4. Build the Art of the Possible agenda.

Art of Possibilities Phase:

1. Art of the Possible Kick-Off.

Build Phase:

1. Complete the Build the Plan Kick-Off meeting.
2. Complete the Scenario Analysis and Prioritization meeting.
3. Complete the report and recommendations.
4. Present your findings to the customer.
5. Follow up with the customer post-engagement.
