Kick-off and review of your environment

• Review the current Microsoft 365 tenant and configuration
• Workshop to review business goals and end-user priorities
• Governance review to understand controls currently in place

Solution design, security and lifecycle management planning

• Define the solution architecture, integration and configuration scope
• Design the end-user support model, site provisioning approach and lifecycle management plan
• Migration planning to evaluate tools and approaches

Base enablement and configuration

• Deploy and document configurations
• Review release amongst key stakeholders
• Usability test enablement and configuration with representative end-users

Organizational change management and adoption support

• Review current training materials and stakeholder landscape
• Update or modify communications and training as requried
• Create the rollout plan and communicate to early adopter groups
• Deliver training and orientation, collect feedback and monitor adoption
• Provide adoption support through lunch and learns, office hours, ServiceNow support and adoption debrief workshops

Cost and duration

The base cost is $30,000 USD and $40,000 CDN
