This workshop will help foster innovation across your organization by giving business SMEs the ability to build solutions, automate processes, create chatbots, analyze data and improve their productivity in a safe and compliant platform with sufficient controls. In these 5 days, we will follow a comprehensive approach to enable you to go-live with a Production-grade app, understanding contextual collaboration embedded in application and help you modernize legacy systems to mobile apps.

Pre-Workshop Activities: * Stakeholder identification – Executive Sponsor, Product Owner, Tenant / Power Platform Administrator, Pilot group of Citizen App Developers * Analyze the key use cases for low code application development, environment types, user type, license info/inclusions, security requirements, data sources and integrations * Produce relevant documents, reports, and other data material for application development

Day 1: Citizen App Enablement Workshop

  • Kickoff meeting and pre-workshops decision validation
  • Implement Power Platform Configurations to setup and enable Power Apps
  • Power App Requirement Elicitation, Signoff on MVP / POC implementation requirements

Day 2-4: Simple Power App Implementation

  • Hexaware to help business SMEs to develop the app in customer environment
  • Design & Develop app data model
  • Design & Develop a working Canvas App or Model-Driven App or Power App Portal
  • Design & Develop any integrations, or automations using Power Automate and ready-to-use connectors
  • Iterations on app screens and data model, testing with sample data, review, and feedback cycles to improve the app
