Microsoft VIVA workshop dedicated for all organizations with would like to get practical knowledge on how to use Microsoft's revolutionary approach in managing and build the most effective and innovative environment for employees by Employee Experience Platform ( deployment EXP puts people at the center, combining work, development, motivation and support systems into a single Employee Experience The purpose of this workshop is to show the integration of the Microsoft VIVA various services with your current Microsoft 365 environment and in particular Microsoft Teams as a central Hub for communication and information sharing The workshop will start with an interview about the work environment currently used in the organization and then through an analysis of the applications, practical scenarios for the use of individual tools from the Microsoft VIVA platform will be selected and tailored based on its key principles, As a summary of the workshop, our expert enginer will present recommendations and, together with the participants, create a follow up plan with risks and countermeasures to ensure successful adoption of new services from Microsoft Viva platform
