MCPc has developed a framework to efficiently and effectively assist organizations to migrate device management to the cloud.
Proof of concept includes: • 1-2 Discovery/scoping calls to understand current environment, discuss the PoC scope and schedule/approach. • Review external dependencies to implement Intune • Guidance on how to design and implement Intune • Implementation: o Configure an Intune subscription o Add user groups in Azure AD o Assign Intune and Office 365 user licenses o Set mobile device management (MDM) authority to Intune o Prepare device platforms for enrollment (iOS, Android, Windows) • Add and deploy the following: o Terms and conditions policies o Device configuration policies o Resource profiles (Wi-Fi, VPN) o Apps o Device compliance policies o Azure AD Conditional Access policies • Enroll up to 10 devices • Perform test and validation o Monitor the success of the PoC o Create action plan to remediate issues • Knowledge Transfer and Deployment Support will conclude with skill transfer, and delivery of document.
