This pre-packaged pilot is designed to help organisations in the early stages of implementing an employee experience platform within Microsoft Teams. This pilot provides a packaged offering including Viva Connections* and Viva Topics for up to 100 licensed users.
KICKSTARTING YOUR EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE PLATFORM
Viva Connections is an integral part of your Viva journey underpinning all other pillars of Microsoft Viva (including Viva Insights, Viva Learning, and Viva Topics). Viva Topics enables your business to find information quickly and efficiently in a holistic way. To help us gain some insights into your SharePoint environment, we will review your current setup as part of the pre-engagement process.
Through the three phases of this pilot (Viva Connections, Viva Topics Admin, Viva Topics - Pilot Setup and Review), our Viva experts will guide you through discovery and design workshops, create 2 custom cards within the Connections dashboard, document deployment guidelines and access management, and help you create and configure a Topics centre. In addition, they will work with you to curate a core set of up to 10 topics (timeboxed exercise), review permissions and provide Admin training and user awareness. The final element of this pilot will determine next steps and an action plan, to address possible routes forward such as business cases, licensing requirements and wider roll-out considerations.
Activity will take place over the course of up to 30 days, at a cost of £17,500.
*This assumes that your existing SharePoint online environment is in a ready state using the modern SharePoint functionality required for a Viva Connections deployment. If this is not the case then Modality can help you modernise your SharePoint environment in preparation for this, as a separate engagement.
