Power Platform : Preparation Phase - 10Wk Imp

Saegus provides its expertise in deploying the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Bi) while taking into account the constraints of the customer environment.

The deployment is done in 3 phases. This offer covers the first preparation phase:

It allows to start simultaneously, the detection of business use cases and the iterations with the security teams to deliver the Risk Assessment files in order to prepare the opening of the services.

After assessing the existing processes via the Center of Excellence, the objective will be to quickly find use cases in order to prove the value of the Power Platform to prepare the service and governance pilots that will be carried out afterwards.
