About the Workshop:

This workshop is intended to help you build your own custom and personalized Copilot Bot using Copilot Studio. We work in collaboration with your team throughout the workshop to help them build a functioning bot. During the workshop we will cover the following topics:

• Business Value Alignment: This would include a discussion on the business overview, project goals, and how Copilot Studio aligns with the organization's objectives. It would also cover the purpose of the copilot bots to be created and identify key stakeholders.
• Technical and Security Readiness Assessment: A thorough assessment to ensure the technical and security requirements are met for a successful Copilot Studio and copilot bot implementation.
• Design and Customization with Copilot Studio: Hands-on sessions to design, test, and publish a single copilot as a proof-of-concept tailored to specific needs for internal or external scenarios across various industries, departments, or roles.
• Governance and Compliance: Workshops focusing on governance for creators and security/compliance for Copilot Studio, including Power Platform governance strategy and license strategy.
• Adoption and Change Management: Strategies to drive adoption and change management, including training on how to deliver the Copilot Workshop, Readiness Assessment, and Adoption Workshop.
• Customization and Integration: Guidance on how to customize Copilot for Microsoft 365, or bots built using Copilot Studio, such as integrating with Azure, and building revenue-generating Copilots for customer websites.
• Post-Implementation Review and Optimization: After the pilot rollout, there would be a focus on optimizing the implementation, reviewing Purview reports, and refining procedures based on data.

Deliverables:

• Documentation: We will provide documentation that covers a functional specification, design and configuration of the copilot bot developed during the proof-of-concept.
