The Microsoft Teams Phone Pilot is a 60-day remote proof of concept designed to demonstrate the value of Microsoft Teams Phone in your environment through a structured, hands-on approach. The engagement includes:

Plan Phase: Align stakeholders by identifying key business decision-makers, defining the pilot scope, and validating readiness through a comprehensive review of current telecom infrastructure, network topology, and communication processes. This phase also includes a kick-off meeting to discuss objectives and success metrics, and identifying Teams Phone champions.

Enable Phase: Configure and test Teams Phone with various PSTN connectivity options such as Microsoft Calling Plans, Direct Routing, and Operator Connect. This phase includes deploying PSTN connectivity, configuring auto attendants and call queues, and assigning phone numbers and applicable policies to up to 50 pilot users. User adoption training and administrator readiness are provided, along with validation of Teams Phone features and call quality analytics.

Grow Phase: Summarize key learnings, identify blockers, and develop a detailed findings and next steps plan for scaling deployment. This phase involves regular status meetings, capturing feedback, and providing an actionable plan to achieve full deployment of Microsoft Teams Phone.
