Description of the offer
Attachment Viewer tool allows users to organize their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP solution and centralize purchase invoices and cash documents.
Invoices and scans can be easily attached using drag and drop or by selecting a document from a specific folder on the PC. Supporting attachments can be added to the main document file so everything is in one place.
User is able to move between particular attachments, zoom their content or even view the whole document without downloading it. It is also possible to delete one or all added attachments, if it is needed. Apart from that, this tool provides other options including print or save of a specific attachment.

Thanks to this extension, the user can upload and view attachments without downloading them, saving time and memory and increasing overall productivity. Users can get glance at attachments without wasting time opening the documents in order to see the right invoices.
Furthermore, it can be advantageous for those who want to have an overview of documents added to specific invoices.

Jobs are easier to use - users can upload attachments to Job Planning Lines. When a Sales Invoice is created from them, it automatically bares attachments from all Job Planning Lines it originated from.

Attachments can be added from Posted Sales Invoices during the "Send by Email" process. Simply enable this feature in "Attachment Viewer Settings" and users will be able to add attachments in the email dialog using "Add File from Source" function.
