Use this Extension only if you started using it before November 2022.

is a leading provider of Point of Sales Software.

Using a Cloud-based Backend connected with the Windows based PosOne Software provides a full featured POS system, ranging from 1 cash register up to complex store hierarchies with multiple levels and more or less an unlimited number of cash registers.

Connected via WebServices to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, the integration offers a State-of -the Art end to end solution.

Master Data, primarily maintained in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, gets synchronized on demand or periodically with the use of job queues to the PosOne Backend.
Transaction data like receipts, day closing or cash movements, are following the same model, synchronized from the PosOne Backend to Business Central.
Depending on the individual setup, those transactions are either posted immediately or at the end of the day together with the day close.

Nevertheless, even without using immediately posting, the stock shows the correct quantity as you'll see the sales figures per store and per individual POS.

Supported Editions:

The app supports both Essentials and Premium Editions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Supported Countries:

Austria, Denmark, Switzerland, Estonia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Singapore, United Kingdom.
Other countries:
- without fiscality regulations: on request, 5-10 workdays as no modifications ot ot regulations are neccessary on PosOne side
- with fiscality regulations: in consultation with PosOne only
