Aptean Advanced Comments for Food and Beverage allows you to set up multiple text lines for a specific customer or all customers, then decide which documents and reports (such as sales orders, sales quotes, order confirmations, and delivery notes) should include this content. These assignment options also extend to specific items, item categories, or all items. You can ensure that important comments are read by your users by presenting notification messages when comments are copied to sales documents. To make certain that comments are seen throughout different processing stages, comments can be copied from a sales document to the associated warehouse document or production order.
