Advance budget control is Add-on solution built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to control budgeting at incumbrance, pre-incumbrance levels and compare it with actuals. Following are key features of Advance budget control,

• Global dimension and period wise budget control configuration.
• Budget approval workflow to approve, reject budget for the defined period and dimensions.
• Track and validate budget utilization at pre-incumbrance (requisitions) and incumbrance (purchase order) level.
• Budget check statistic at different level to verify the budget utilization and budget availability.
• Budget utilization reversal for purchase return order and purchase credit memos.
