Key Features

• Automatic Kit Grouping: Assign a kit group code to items so they can be automatically grouped into kits in a staging area, with optional sub-grouping for more detailed organization.

• Bulk Handling Option: Designate a bulk unit of measure to move bulk items into the staging area.

• Flexible Kit Management: Kit group codes flow through to production BOMs and production orders but can be adjusted at any time.

• Smart Kit Suggestions: Generate suggested kits for selected production orders, ensuring materials are grouped effectively.

• Batch-Based Kit Creation: Create kits based on how a production order is split into batches. (Requires the Production Batching app.)

• Picking & Staging: Pick items to fulfill orders and place them in designated staging bins for preparation.

• Production Integration: Once kits are prepared, move them to the production-in bin, ensuring they’re ready for consumption.
